Renew your Permit Online or Pay Fines Online
Failure to renew your permit by June 30th of each year may result in late fees, fines and/or suspensions, as well as confiscation of ALL tobacco products.
It is ILLEGAL to buy or sell tobacco products without a valid, current permit.
You may now pay outstanding fines online. This applies only to a permit holder who has received administrative fines. This does not apply to employees or permit holders cited with criminal charges.
